    General Terms and Conditions of Sale

    Article 1 – Purpose

    These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between 2 R CONCEPT, located at 14 Sderot Yeroushalaim, Ashdod, Israel (hereinafter "DELTOURS") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the "Client") requesting a quote or booking travel services via the deltours.com website.

    Article 2 – Services offered

    DELTOURS provides travel intermediation and advisory services, including in particular:

    • Flight ticket booking
    • Hotel and accommodation booking
    • Bespoke trip planning
    • Personalized advice and support

    DELTOURS acts as an intermediary between the Client and service providers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, etc.). Services are subject to each provider's own terms and conditions.

    Article 3 – Quotes and bookings

    Quotes issued by DELTOURS are free of charge and non-binding. They are valid for a limited period stated on the quote. A booking is confirmed only once the Client accepts the quote and payment (full or partial, as applicable) has been received.

    Article 4 – Pricing and payment

    Prices are quoted in euros (€) or Israeli shekels (₪), depending on the service. They include taxes applicable at the time of booking. DELTOURS' service fees are included in the total price communicated to the Client.

    Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or any other method agreed with your DELTOURS advisor. Payment plans may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

    Article 5 – Amendments and cancellations

    Any request for amendment or cancellation must be sent to DELTOURS in writing (email or WhatsApp). Amendment and cancellation conditions depend on the fare rules of each provider (airline, hotel, etc.). DELTOURS will inform the Client of any applicable fees before taking action.

    DELTOURS service fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client.

    Article 6 – Liability

    DELTOURS acts as an intermediary. Responsibility for the performance of services (transport, accommodation, etc.) lies with the relevant providers. DELTOURS cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, strikes, force majeure, or any other event beyond its control.

    DELTOURS is committed to assisting the Client with any steps required in the event of a dispute with a provider.

    Article 7 – Travel insurance

    DELTOURS strongly recommends taking out travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, and baggage loss. DELTOURS can offer partner insurance policies upon request.

    Article 8 – Complaints

    Any complaint must be sent to DELTOURS within 30 days of the end of the service, by email to ruth@deltours.com. DELTOURS is committed to handling every complaint as promptly as possible.

    Article 9 – Data protection

    The Client's personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. It is used exclusively for booking management and client follow-up. The Client has the right to access, amend, and delete their data.

    Article 10 – Governing law and disputes

    These Terms are governed by Israeli law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Ashdod (Israel) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
