Privacy Policy
This page explains in plain language what personal data we collect when you request a quote or contact us, why we use it, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the information you enter yourself in our quote or contact forms. No sensitive data is requested.
Identity
First name, last name.
Contact details and preferences
Email, phone number, WhatsApp number (optional), country of residence, preferred language, preferred contact channel (WhatsApp, phone or email).
Travel details
Type of service requested (flight, hotel, car rental or package), departure and return dates and date flexibility, number of adults, number of children and their ages, indicative budget, free-text message. Depending on the service: departure and arrival airports, trip type, travel class, baggage, schedule preferences, direct flight, preferred airline; hotel city and category, number of rooms, breakfast, kosher catering, beachfront, city centre, family or luxury stay, special requirements; country, pick-up and drop-off locations and date/times, vehicle category, automatic transmission, number of drivers, driver age, baby seat, booster seat, large boot, GPS.
Consent
Your agreement to be contacted about your request, together with the date and the page of the site from which the request was sent.
3. Why we use this data
To process and price your quote request; to communicate with you and manage the customer relationship (questions, changes, assistance); to follow up on your file within our team.
4. Legal bases
Pre-contractual steps taken at your request in order to prepare and send you a quote; your consent for any marketing communication; our legitimate interest in improving our service quality and following up on our files.
5. Who receives your data
Our authorised internal team, who access requests through a private admin area; travel providers strictly necessary to fulfil your request (hotels, airlines, car rental companies and our rental partner TakeCarEasy); and our technical processors: Lovable Cloud / Supabase for website and request-database hosting, and the transactional email service used to notify you and our team (notify.deltours.com domain). Your data is never sold.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Our data is hosted and partly processed in Israel, where our agency is based. The European Commission has recognised that Israel provides an adequate level of protection for personal data: the original 2011 adequacy decision was reconfirmed on 15 January 2024 and remains in force. Transfers of data from the European Economic Area to Israel therefore require no additional safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep your data
Prospects: 3 years from the last contact with you. Customers: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived in line with applicable accounting and tax obligations.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of and port your data, the right to object, the right to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, email us at ruth@deltours.com describing your request; we may ask for proof of identity to avoid disclosing data to a third party. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
9. Security
We apply reasonable protection measures: encrypted connections, a database protected by access rules, and access to the admin area restricted to authorised team members only, with individual authentication.
