Cookie Policy

    1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website. It can, for example, remember your language or keep you logged in. Some cookies are essential to make the site work; others measure audience or serve advertising and require your consent.

    2. What we actually use

The DELTOURS website uses no non-essential trackers: no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta/Facebook pixel, no Hotjar, no ad network and no third-party tracking cookies. That is why no consent banner is shown: there is nothing for you to accept.

    Strictly necessary

Local storage of your browsing language (key "deltours-locale"), so the site is shown in French or English according to your choice. For team members signing in to the private admin area only: an authentication session token stored locally by our backend (Lovable Cloud / Supabase). These items are required for the site to work and are not used to track you.

    Audience measurement

No analytics tool is installed on the website.

    Marketing and advertising

No marketing, advertising or retargeting cookies are used.

If we ever add an analytics or marketing tool, this page will be updated and a consent banner will be implemented before any tracker is placed.

    3. Managing or deleting cookies

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings:

    • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
    • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage website data.
    • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
    • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.

Clearing local storage will simply reset your language preference.
